Here in Rome there are many "Nuvolari" stores but in this store in eastern Rome I found a staff with a kindness and competence out of the ordinary highly recommended.

Non sono stata aiutata dalle commesse in nessun modo, anche dopo averle chiamate più volte sono stata liquidata con risposte frettolose. Ho dovuto praticamente fare tutto da sola e quando ho chiesto una taglia mi è stato detto che non era disponibile e poco dopo l’ho trovata da sola in uno scaffale. Per completare l’outfit che volevo regalare sono dovuta andare in un’altro negozio maschile perché sui jeans era veramente complicato fare da sola. Capisco il periodo difficile ma è un vero peccato ricevere questo servizio da un negozio i questi livelli che dovrebbe puntare su una perfetta vendita assistita. It happened for a gift in the store in Eastern Rome and I was unfortunately disappointed, not with the purchase made but with the service I received .. indeed with what I practically did not receive. I was not helped by the orders in any way, even after having called them several times I was dismissed with hasty answers. I had to do everything alone and when I asked for a size I was told that it was not available and shortly afterwards I found it alone on a shelf. To complete the outfit I wanted to give away, I had to go to another men's shop because it was really complicated to do jeans on my own. I understand the difficult period but it is a real shame to receive this service from a store at these levels that should focus on perfect assisted sales.
