S	Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patetici. Passati 9 giorni non mi è possibile fare il cambio di un semplice cappello con visiera poiché accettano i cambi solo entro 7 giorni, forse gli unici in Italia. EDIT: Caro, la colpa non è degli addetti alle vendita ma della politica del negozio. Ti informo che mi sono recato all'interno del negozio sia con l'articolo che con lo scontrino, dal quale era possibile ricavare la data di acquisto per avere informazioni su un EVENTUALE cambio (quindi non da effettuare in quel preciso istante) e mi è stato comunicato che il termine max era di 7 giorni, se era stata accolta la mia richiesta non sarei qui a scrivere figurati. Pathetic. After 9 days it is not possible for me to change a simple hat with a visor as they accept changes only within 7 days, perhaps the only ones in Italy. EDIT: Dear, the fault is not with the sales people but with the shop policy. I inform you that I went inside the shop with both the item and the receipt, from which it was possible to obtain the date of purchase to get information on a POSSIBLE change (therefore not to be made at that precise moment) and I it was communicated that the maximum term was 7 days, if my request had been accepted I would not be here to write figurative.

Il personale mi ha colpito molto si è dimostrato molto preparato ed efficiente sapendomi dare anche ottimi consigli a livello sportivo infatti i ragazzi che ci lavorano oltre al essere dei commessi professionali sono anche molto preparati in ambito sportivo. Excellent sports shop, in my opinion the best in the area, with a vast assortment of shoes and clothing of every brand, plus there are special items that cannot be found even in the largest chains. The staff impressed me a lot, they proved to be very prepared and efficient, knowing how to give me excellent advice on a sporting level.
