Premetto che per un uomo di 72 anni, capite bene che non si tratta di un paio di scarpe da indossare tutti i giorni e premetto che mio zio ha tante e tante paia di scarpe....dopo qualche giorno, le scarpe si sono aperte sul davanti, rivelando un buco non indifferente. mio zio si è recato presso il rivenditore e gli hanno detto che non potevano accettarne la restituzione; ci siamo recati presso un altro rivenditore in centro, il quale ha addirittura controllato se aveva quel modello per fare un eventuale cambio e la stessa cosa si è verificata con un altro negoziante. i contatti con le aziende fornitrici servono anche a questo: risolvere un problema qualora si verifichi. aggiungo che mio zio, riferendo i contatti avuti con gli altri negozianti, si è recato (con questo caldo), nuovamente presso il negoziante che lo ha apostrofato in maniera maleducata. non credo ci rivedrà più e non credo sia possibile indossare quella scarpa. you cannot give less.
