D	Daniela Frasca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sentiero abbastanza facile. Fatto con una bimba di 9 anni dal parcheggio sapienza fino in vetta circa un oretta. Si passa da un boschetto, poi si apre su un bellissimo panorama. Non è lo scenario lunare che si trova in cima all etna ma comunque bello e piacevole. Anche ad agosto non eccessivamente caldo, consiglio di portare acqua, cappellini e crema solare perché comunque il sole scotta. A fairly easy path. Done with a 9-year-old girl from the Sapienza parking lot to the top about an hour. It passes through a grove, then opens onto a beautiful landscape. It is not the lunar scenario that is on top of Etna but still beautiful and pleasant. Even in August that is not excessively hot, I recommend bringing water, hats and sunscreen because the sun is hot anyway.

La parte centrale è invece composta da un sentiero pianeggiante con qualche sali e scendi, per poi finire con un'ultima salita fino alla vetta. La vista una volta arrivati è spettacolare e unica, in quanto ci si affaccia da dei faraglioni rocciosi su una sconfinata vallata lavica. Noi andando a un passo normale abbiamo impiegato 1 ora a salire con 4 pause e 45 minuti a scendere. Consiglio di portarsi una felpa/giacca a vento anche se è estate perché tira abbastanza vento e si è a 2000 metri di altezza, noi abbiamo fatto il percorso con scarpe da ginnastica senza problemi. The trail begins with a rocky climb of about 500 meters, quite steep but easy to walk. The central part is instead composed of a flat path with some ups and downs, and then ends with a last climb to the summit. Once you arrive, the view is spectacular and unique, as you overlook a boundless lava valley from the rocky stacks. We going at a normal pace took 1 hour to climb with 4 breaks and 45 minutes to descend. I recommend bringing a sweatshirt / windbreaker even if it's summer because it's windy enough and you are at 2000 meters above sea level, we made the route with sneakers without any problems.

Lasciate la macchina nel parcheggi gratuito, imboccate il sentiero con la sbarra e proseguite sempre dritto. Arriverete ad un punto panoramico dove si vede la valle del bove dall'alto, ed uno dei creteri dell'etna. Vista mozzafiato Family tour lasting 3-4 hours total round trip. Leave your car in the free car park, take the path with the barrier and go straight on. You will arrive at a panoramic point where you can see the Bove valley from above, and one of the Etna creters. Breath-taking view
