★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella area per una passeggiata non impegnativa ma rilassante e piacevole, bel bosco di querce e pini, ma anche ginestre e piante tipiche etnee. Sono presenti tre aree picnic in differenti posti con barbecue e panche con tavolo.
 Beautiful area for a walk not challenging but relaxing and enjoyable, beautiful forest of oaks and pines, but also brooms and Etna typical plants. There are three picnic areas in different places with barbecue with table and benches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dall'ingresso sulla sp92 (circa 50 metri sotto l'ingresso del rifugio Manfré) , il sentiero principale che conduce sul monte è un anello ben curato che fa tappa nella postazione di vedetta della forestale. Altri due percorsi ruotano intorno al monte e finiscono il primo (dall'ingresso scendendo a sinistra) dietro il ristorante La nuova quercia o il secondo (scendendo verso destra) ancora più a sud di piano Bottara, sempre sulla sp92.
From the entrance on the sp92 (about 50 meters below the entrance to the Manfré refuge), the main path that leads to the mountain is a well-kept ring that stops at the forestry lookout post. Two other paths revolve around the mountain and end the first (from the entrance going down to the left) behind the restaurant La Nuova Oak or the second (going down to the right) even further south of Piano Bottara, always on the sp92.
