L	Loredana Sanfilippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto pessimo, bagno non in camera, pessimo odore in bagno, pessimo odore appena siamo entrati,tra peperoni e non so cosa,cuscini che erano sottilette tutto ciò a 109€ senza colazione...abbiamo prenotato e pagato ,siamo arrivati e dopo 15minuti siamo andati via.. mai più. Un corso di accoglienza Bad place, bathroom not in the room, bad smell in the bathroom, bad smell as soon as we entered, among peppers and I don't know what, pillows that were thin all this for 109 € without breakfast ... we booked and paid, we arrived and after 15 minutes we went away .. never again. A welcome course
V	Vito Mirabella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che posto orribile, entri e solo dalla puzza di cucinato sei già svenuto.... 3 Cani che gironzolano in tutta la struttura, la signora che ti fa entrare non ne parliamo. Pago 110€ per una notte mi ritrovo in una camera senza il bagno, l'unico bagno lo devo condividere con lei la signora (ricordo che in questo periodo di covid direi che meglio evitare), il tutto scritto l'ho riferiamo alla signora lei risponde che l'esperienza in un Rifugio e questa. Alla fine lascio la camera senza poggiarmi neanche nel letto scappo perché rischi di prendere una malattia. SCONSIGLIO FINO ALLA FINE.... PESSIMO.... VERGOGNATEVI...... What a horrible place, you enter and only from the smell of cooking you are already passed out .... 3 Dogs that wander around the whole structure, the lady who lets you in does not talk about it. I pay 110 € for one night I find myself in a room without a bathroom, the only bathroom I have to share with her, the lady (I remember that in this covid period I would say that it is better to avoid), all written we refer to the lady her he replies that the experience in a Refuge is this. In the end I leave the room without even resting on the bed I run away because I risk catching an illness. I DON'T RECOMMEND UNTIL THE END .... BAD .... SHAME YOURSELF ......
m	matteo regini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifugio a quota 1700 mt sul Etna. Camere semplici e pulite. Cordialità e simpatia da parte di Giancarlo e dello staf. Cena abbondante e buonissima a base di funghi e carne. Ma il top è stata la Jacuzzi calda nel bosco con un tramonto rosso Fuoco in mezzo a gli alberi!! Spettacolo!!! Refuge at an altitude of 1700 meters on Mount Etna. Simple and clean rooms. Friendliness and sympathy on the part of Giancarlo and the staff. Hearty and delicious dinner based on mushrooms and meat. But the top was the hot Jacuzzi in the woods with a fire red sunset in the middle of the trees !! Show!!!

Ottimo rifugio sia per gli amanti della neve che per chi vuole godersi lunghe passeggiate nei sentieri tra i boschi e fare interessanti escursioni sul meraviglioso vulcano attivo più affascinante del mondo At an altitude of 1700 meters immersed in the pine forest, not far from the Etna cable car.
