S	Stefano Mulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che attendevo una consegna mi sono dovuto recare personalmente al deposito per ritirare una decina di pacchi in quanto nonostante risultassero in consegna non sono stato né contattato (nonostante avessi lasciato il numero proprio per questo) ne mi hanno consegnato a casa la spedizione. Devo dire però che la signora al deposito è stata subito disponibile e gentile risolvendo subito il problema. La seconda volta invece sono stati puntuali rispettando il giorno di consegna come indicato sul sito per il tracking. Chiamando poste italiane, i dati li avevano così come il mio numero telefonico. NO COMMENT I was expecting a package from AliExpress. It passed through them. Sono stata un pomeriggio in casa ad aspettare un pacco mai arrivato nonostante nel tracciamento abbiano inserito "tentativo di consegna alle 15:30 e alle 18:30". Non hanno avuto la decenza di suonare il campanello e neanche di lasciare fogli di mancata consegna. "Servizio" vergognoso. Bad! S	Sauro Serattini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabili. Pacco inviato da Roma per posta e risulta consegnato il 18 dicembre ma MAI CONSEGNATO! Risulta in deposito a FORLI alla SDA. Non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. Le poste se ne fregano e il call center SDA è un muro di gomma. Presenterò denuncia alla Autorità Giudiziaria per avere il riconoscimento del danno in sede civile oltre che auspico una condanna penale per furto truffa falso arricchimento indebito e ogni altro articolo del codice penale si andrà a ravvisare. INQUALIFICABILI! Absolutely unreliable. Parcel sent from Rome by post and was delivered on 18 December but NEVER DELIVERED! It is on deposit in FORLI at the SDA. You can't talk to anyone. The post offices don't care and the SDA call center is a rubber wall. Ho lasciato precise indicazioni sul citofono per la consegna indicando il mio numero di telefono e il codice del ritiro e il corriere, senza contattarmi, ha riportato indietro il pacco!! Non possono obbligare la gente a essere in casa per ritirare!!! Ormai tutti i corrieri depositano in giardino!!! Nel sito indicano "destinatario assente" mentre il più delle volte è a casa... non passano neanche per verificare... prova ne è che non lasciano nessun avviso nella buca delle lettere! La sera senza aver fatto nulla ho questo messaggio “Hai richiesto che la spedizione venga trattenuta e resa disponibile per il ritiro. Ti invitiamo a ritirare il pacco non appena disponibile per il ritiro.” Il giorno dopo riparte la consegna e pur essendo a casa ricevo questo messaggio “Tentativo di consegna effettuato” Segnalo la cosa ad Amazon e nel tardo pomeriggio ricevo questo messaggio “Spedizione trattenuta dal corriere” segnalandomi di essere appena passati (e io ero sempre a casa). SDA corriere inaffidabile e scarsa professionalità. Spero di non averci mai più a che fare. E al telefono non rispondono mai. Bad experience. Parcel never delivered.
