Dopo SOLO 4 anni mi si rompe la rete chiamo l'assistenza per cambiare le doghe me le consegnano dopo due settimane ed erano anche rotte ?? È un mese che aspetto mandando email richiedendo di nuovo delle doghe ma ancora niente assistenza pessima e per quello che si spende non vale neanche la pena per quanto riguarda materasso e rete. DO NOT BUY I bought the mattress and slatted base in 2014 for ONLY 2000 euros thrown away. After ONLY 4 years the bed base breaks I call for assistance to change the slats they deliver them to me after two weeks and they were also broken ?? I have been waiting for a month sending emails asking for the slats again but still no bad assistance and for what it is not even worth the money when it comes to mattress and bed base.

Il prezzo iniziale era di 249 sul listino invece alla fine era 1399€ assurdo. Approfittando della condizione mentale di mia madre ha cercato di venderglielo a tutti i costi. Abbiamo chiamato il rappresentante che è stato scortese al massimo dicendo che avrebbe fatto presente tutto alla diretta interessata. Dopo anche una mail di cessione del contratto ci mettiamo in contatto con un'altra persona per disdire il tutto ed anche lei insisteva con la vendita del materasso a tutti i costi.
