S	Sara Laiolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mi rivolsi a questa azienda mi parvero efficienti, onesti e disponibili verso il cliente, anche se in difficoltà sia economica che nel valutare il prodotto offerto. Quando poi si è trattato di trovare una soluzione,( anche se posteriore all'acquisto da un po' di tempo) in quanto il cliente non era più soddisfatto ( non chiedeva regali ma un venirsi incontro per risolvere), e aveva inoltre fatto un nuovo acquisto di letto su misura al loro materasso, il titolare non ha voluto sentir ragioni..... L'onestà è proprio un frutto raro oggigiorno. Then when it came to finding a solution, (even if it had been after the purchase for some time) as the customer was no longer satisfied (he was not asking for gifts but to come together to solve), and had also made a new buying a bed tailored to their mattress, the owner did not want to hear reasons ..... Honesty is a rare fruit nowadays.

Consigliatissimo come negozio! I found myself very well. E	Enrico Dalmonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primo impatto l'azienda sembrava giusta ho comprato un materasso credendo nell'onestà e nel lavoro di una azienda della mia zona, mi è arrivato in casa un materasso con qualità davvero pessima qualità, rigida che sembrava di dormire sul pavimento....non ho mai dormito così male per 3 giorni!un materasso che poteva essere per una persona di 150kg duro come il cemento! Ho cercato con le buone di trovare una soluzione con il titolare di cambiare il materasso ma le sue risposte sono state di vendermi un materasso a maggior prezzo e neanche cambiandomi il materasso allo stesso prezzo con un modello buono! Mi fece vedere altri due materassi simili per prendermi in giro erano uguali allo stessa fabricazione di quello che ricevitti a casa...UN MARMO... davvero una pena lasciate perdere onestà zero servizio al cliente 0 arroganza ai massimi livelli che pur all'inizio sembrava non esserlo! fidarsi bene non fidarsi meglio!
