★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato la ditta Farolfi (per 2 volte in 3 mesi) via mail per acquisto pannelli refrattari per stufa a legna fornendo loro solo gli estremi delle misure. Sono stato ricontattato nel giro di poche ore e dopo 2 giorni mi hanno consegnato il materiale richiesto che rispettava totalmente le mie esigenze e aspettative. Pienamente soddisfatto. Personale competente, disponibile e molto gentile. Non esiterò a ricontattare Farolfi per futuri eventuali esigenze.Consigliatissimo per quanto mi riguarda.
Contacted the company Farolfi (2 times in 3 months) by mail to purchase refractory panels for wood burning stove providing them with only the details of the measures. I was contacted within a few hours and after two days I have delivered the required material that totally respected my needs and expectations. Fully satisfied. Staff competent, helpful and very polite. I do not hesitate to recontact Farolfi for any future esigenze.Consigliatissimo for me.

Non entro in merito alla qualità dei prodotti forniti ma al modo di accogliere i clienti da parte della venditrice. Sono state fornite scarsissime informazioni alle nostre richieste con tono a dir poco infastidito. Basiti per la singolare modalità di vendita siamo celermente usciti dal locale.
My wife and I went to the shop to consider buying a table. I do not go into the quality of the products supplied but the way the seller welcomes customers. Very little information was provided to our requests in a tone to say the least annoyed. Thrilled by the singular sales method we quickly left the place.
