Nous sommes très déçu car il s'agissait d'un investissement financier important pour nous et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le fabricant non plus d'ailleurs.

Divano soho, con penisola acquistato, a fine del 2017, dopo un normale utilizzo e in soli tre anni di servizio (viene adoperato unicamente nelle ore serali e per poco tempo) presenta persistenti problemi di allineamento delle cuciture dei cuscini, perdita eccessiva di piume e un listello di gommapiuma di un cuscino della seduta è uscito in evidenza. Sentito l’assistenza dell’azienda mi hanno rimbalzato al venditore che non si assume responsabilità in quanto oramai privo di garanzia.
