★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recensione è in riferimento alla visita presso lo showroom di sabato 5 novembre, non andando con un appuntamento sono stata trattata come una persona che aveva voglia di guardare e non acquistare, sottolineando che il costo del lavabo al quale ero interessata forse non era per me accessibile perché troppo alto... Non serve altro commento.
The review is in reference to the visit to the showroom on Saturday 5th November, not going on an appointment I was treated as a person who wanted to look and not buy, pointing out that the cost of the sink I was interested in was perhaps not for me accessible because it is too high ... No further comment is needed.

Dopo aver pavimentato un condominio di 3 appartamenti mi sono vista addebitare anche il materiale occorso per rimediare al LORO ERRORE di fornitura ! A fronte dei modi gentili di facciata si evidenza scarsa professionalità, assistenza post vendita e servizio gestione contabile e fatturazione a dir poco pretestuoso. Diffidate ed acquistate da altri rivenditori eviterete probabili futuri disguidi e dispiaceri !
I have no words ! I confirm the negative indications of other users. After having paved a condominium of 3 apartments, I was also charged for the material needed to remedy THEIR supply ERROR! In the face of the gentle manner of the facade, there is a lack of professionalism, after-sales assistance and an accounting and billing management service which is nothing short of a pretext. Be wary and buy from other retailers you will avoid probable future misunderstandings and sorrows!
