avevo chiesto due gadget per la macchina e entrambi sostenevano di non averlo.
dopo ho voluto controllare e avevano effettivamente quel prodotto.
quindi direi che il personale non è nemmeno preparato a ciò.
 Super rude staff, it almost seems like they are "teasing" every time they answer.
I asked for two gadgets for the car and they both claimed they didn't have it.
after i wanted to check it out and they actually had that product.
so I would say that the staff are not even prepared for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova un po' di tutto dai grandi ai piccoli elettrodomestici, smartphone, computer, macchine fotografiche, casalinghi. Tutto il personale molto gentile guida l'acquirente all'acquisto di ciò che è più consono alle proprie esigenze. La cassiera risulta un limpido esempio di cosa significhi essere portati per un lavoro: top!!

Poche parole sbrigativi. Lunedì 3 Genn/22 sono andata per acquistare un televisore e da mercoledì non funziona più. Anche qua assistenza. Freddi .sbrigativi. quindi.....
In June 2021 I bought a built-in oven and it still doesn't work now. After that, I called for assistance they told me to call in Milan who would give me assistance from Cesena. A few hasty words. Monday 3 Jan / 22 I went to buy a TV and it has stopped working since Wednesday. Here too assistance. Cold. Hurry. so.....

Nulla da ridire con la commessa che ci ha serviti precedentemente.
Se vi piace farvi trattare a pesci in faccia, questo è il posto che fa per voi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice electronics shop where you can find almost everyything you need but the reason why the e-commerce has gotten so big is cause it's impossible even for big stores like this to have all the merchendise in stock that you can find on amazon alibaba etc ....Sorry Comet you got the shorter straw here mate :))
