m	michael specchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato nel 2020 un giradischi dal negozio online, pacco arrivato in tempi normali ma al momento della connessione alla presa elettrica l'amplificatore del giradischi si brucia. Contatto quindi direttamente il negozio e dopo le verifiche del caso procediamo con il reso. Da li inizia la mia via crucis per tentare di avere un giradischi nuovo, e dopo mesi e mesi di solleciti finalmente il negozio spedisce il pacco. Una volta aperto mi rendo conto che il giradischi è senza ombra di dubbio usato, il coperchio presenta tra l'altro numerose ammaccature e il tessuto nella parte frontale (la più visibile) scollato. Contatto nuovamente il negozio che giustifica la cosa come "un prodotto fatto artigianalmente". Da li riprende un lungo via vai di messaggi fino a pattuire l'invio del solo coperchio per ripristinare il giradischi (non mio tra l'altro, bensì un regalo). Ad oggi, a un anno di distanza, sono ancora qui ad aspettare il mio coperchio nuovo, credo quindi sia giusto condividere la mia sfortunata esperienza con Nicole Design con la speranza, prima o poi, di ricevere quello che (a mio parere) giustamente mi spetta. I bought a turntable from the online shop in 2020, package arrived in normal times but when connected to the electrical socket the turntable amplifier burns out. Then I contact the shop directly and after the necessary checks we proceed with the return. From there begins my via crucis to try to have a new turntable, and after months and months of reminders the store finally ships the package. Once opened I realize that the turntable is undoubtedly used, the lid has, among other things, numerous dents and the fabric on the front (the most visible) is unglued. I contact the shop again which justifies it as "a handcrafted product". From there resumes a long coming and going of messages until it is agreed to send only the cover to restore the turntable (not mine by the way, but a gift). To date, a year later, I am still here waiting for my new lid, so I think it is right to share my unfortunate experience with Nicole Design with the hope, sooner or later, of receiving what (in my opinion) rightly I it is up to.

Ordine effettuato il 23 febbraio mi è arrivato il 10 marzo perché uno dei prodotto era "disponibile su richiesta" che in realtà voleva dire non disponibile. Uno dei prodotti, l allume di potassio, arrivato spaccato quindi inutilizzabile. Alla mia richiesta di reso per farla breve o mi accollo le spese per il reso o accetto un buono del 50%sul prodotto in questione. Stiamo parlando di un prodotto del valore di 5 - 7 €. La mia valutazione è sul servizio clienti e non sulla qualità dei prodotti. Good morning. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Order placed on February 23 and I received it on March 10 because one of the products was "available on request" which actually meant not available. One of the products, potassium alum, arrived split and therefore unusable. In short, when I request a return, I either pay the return costs or accept a 50% voucher on the product in question. We are talking about a product worth 5 - 7 €. My rating is on customer service and not on product quality.

The new "enhanced" version makes it a very enjoyable product to rediscover or get closer to the world of vinyl.
