M	Manuela Mordenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEGGIORE ESPERIENZA MAI AVUTA. Se potessi mettere zero stelle le metterei!!!!!!!! Ordine fatto il 5 settembre (camera matrimoniale e soggiorno), ad oggi 7 dicembre ancora non mi è arrivato il letto (TUTTO PAGATO) . Comò della camera, anta e frontale due cassetti armadio rovinati, chiedo la sostituzione, oggi mi portano i mobili (la metà di quelli da sostituire) il montatore, BASITO, toglie l'imballaggio ed i mobili nuovi sono, anche questi, rovinati. Io mi ritrovo dopo tre mesi dall'ordine a non avere un letto e ad avere i mobili della camera rotti o rovinati, non so quando mi arriva il letto e non so quando mi sostituiscono gli altri. Assistenza inesistente, le risposte che ho avuto sono state: NOI NON SAPPIAMO COSA DIRLE, NON SAPPIAMO QUANDO ARRIVA IL LETTO, IO NON ME NE OCCUPO. E' UNE VERGOGNA. Sento di sconsigliarli a chiunque. SERIETA' ZERO! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD. If I could put zero stars I would put them !!!!!!!! Order placed on 5th September (double bedroom and living room), as of today 7th December the bed has not yet arrived (ALL PAID). Dresser of the bedroom, door and front two ruined wardrobe drawers, I ask for the replacement, today they bring me the furniture (half of those to be replaced) the fitter, BASITO, removes the packaging and the new furniture is also ruined. Three months after the order I find myself not having a bed and having the furniture in the room broken or damaged, I don't know when the bed arrives and I don't know when the others replace me. Assistance nonexistent, the answers I got were: WE DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU, WE DON'T KNOW WHEN THE BED COMES, I DON'T TAKE CARE OF IT. IT'S A SHAME. I feel I advise against them to anyone. ZERO SERIOUSNESS!

Dopo numerose segnalazioni ancora non si sà quando arrivi la restante parte della camera . Programmano il secondo intervento per portare i pezzi da sistemare , arrivano tutti rovinati nuovamente, rispediti al mittente . Servizio post vendita pessimo Assistenza , pessima , quando riesci a trovarli. Sconsiglio vivamente. Sto aspettando da giugno 2021 dopo aver ordinato una cucina di risolvere la questione delle sedie al tempo disponibili ma ora fuori produzione..... mi ritrovo cucina e tavolo perché sono stata fortunata che mi abbiano risposto! Perche oltretutto per aggiornarmi sullo stato dell'ordine non mi hanno mai chiamata Don't go there bad experience, no one ever answers your phone and emails and if they do they are rude. I have been waiting since June 2021 after ordering a kitchen to resolve the issue of chairs available at the time but now out of production ..... I find myself kitchen and table because I was lucky that they answered me! Besides, they never called me to update me on the status of the order

Mi sono trovata fin da subito bene sia con la venditrice Debora, che con i suoi colleghi disponibili e pazienti. Ho aspettato qualche mese per scrivere la recensione, in quanto volevo valutare anche l'assistenza avvenuta su alcune ante da sostituire, anche qui tutto perfetto. Vi ringrazio infinitamente per essere riusciti a far realizzare questo desiderio. More than positive experience. I bought a kitchen from Casa Midi Forlì in October with delivery scheduled for the end of December. I immediately felt comfortable with both the seller Debora and her helpful and patient colleagues. I waited a few months to write the review, as I also wanted to evaluate the assistance that took place on some doors to be replaced, again everything perfect. I thank you infinitely for being able to make this wish come true.

Abbiamo progettato insieme a Debora cucina e camera da letto. Il tutto è stato recapitato nei tempi concordati, anzi forse anche con certo anticipo rispetto a quello che ci aspettavamo. La disponibilità, l'educazione e la gentilezza con cui siamo stati seguiti in ogni fase, ci ha spinto poi ad acquistare da loro anche il divano. Sicuramente continueremo ad affidarci a loro per completare l'arredamento della nostra casa. Io e mio marito siamo più che soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Tanti tanti complimenti a Debora e Mirko. SUPERRRRR experience. My husband and I were immediately well received and our every request was fulfilled. We designed the kitchen and bedroom together with Debora. Everything was delivered within the agreed time, indeed perhaps even well in advance of what we expected. The availability, the education and the kindness with which we were followed at every stage prompted us to buy the sofa from them too. We will certainly continue to rely on them to complete the decor of our home. My husband and I are more than happy with our choice. Many many compliments to Debora and Mirko.
