non ci tornerò mai più
ero andata per cambiare un regalo e mi hanno risposto che non potevano cambiarlo, non perchè non avevo lo scontrino ma perchè la persona poteva averlo acquistato utilizzando i punti, una vera presa in giro, se mi avessero detto che senza scontrino non era possibile lo avrei accettato ma questa è stata una vera e propria offesa, morale non ci ho più messo piede ....per fortuna ci sono tante alternative

I will never go back
I had gone to change a gift and they replied that they could not change it, not because I did not have a receipt but because the person could have purchased it using the points, a real joke, if they had told me that without the receipt it was not possible I would have accepted but this was a real offense, morality I have not set foot anymore .... luckily there are many alternatives
