Tant'è che oggi ho acquistato un altro paio di occhiali di scorta anche se con una montatura di qualità leggermente inferiore. Lo spazio è ampio e accogliente con una grande esposizione di occhiali che si possono visionare e provare. Mi permetto un unico neo o appunto, mi piacerebbe vedere gli addetti in qualità di ottici, che seppure, molto collaborativi, vederli indossare un camice bianco. In questi anni ogni volta che ho ordinato delle lenti non avete mai azzeccato l'ordine, non dico una volta che può succedere, ma almeno 10 volte! Poi quel modo di rispondere da maleducata, bisogna che imparate a stare con la gente altrimenti non è il vostro lavoro. Avete perso un cliente. Mai più!! Incompetent, clumsy to say the least and even rude! In these years, every time I ordered lenses you have never guessed the order, I don't say once that can happen, but at least 10 times! Then that rude way of responding, you have to learn to be with people otherwise it's not your job. You have lost a customer. Never again!!

Adesso a dicembre 2021 sono ancora dentro la garanzia! Lasciato l'occhiale il 30novembre ad oggi non ho ancora risposta!!! Cari e poco seri!!!!
