★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per rimettere una lente degli occhiali a posto (un lavoro molto semplice e di routine per un ottico), mi hanno bruciato la montatura. La proprietaria non c'era e quando sono tornata per farglielo notare (di certo non è il risultato che ci si aspetta) anziché scusarsi mi ha trattata con sufficienza dicendomi che anche se gli occhiali erano rovinati, almeno la lente era a posto. Come dire: anche se ti ho spaccato lo specchietto retrovisore dell'auto almeno ora non pende più da una parte. Naturalmente non ci ho mai più messo piede. L'unico lato positivo di questa esperienza quasi kafkiana: il mio nuovo ottico è gentile, competente e soprattutto una persona educata.
To put a glasses lens back in place (a very simple and routine job for an optician), they burned my frame. The owner was not there and when I came back to let her know (certainly not the expected result) instead of apologizing she treated me sufficiently telling me that even if the glasses were ruined, at least the lens was in place. As if to say: even if I split the rearview mirror of the car at least now it does not hang on one side. Of course I never set foot there again. The only positive side of this almost Kafkaesque experience: my new optician is kind, competent and above all a polite person.
