Ilaria ed Amina sono state davvero molto professionali pazienti ed hanno soddisfatto tutte le esigenze e la mia inesperienza nel settore. A loro va realmente un grazie e consiglio vivamente di visitare questo negozio se avete necessità di qualunque tipo di occhiale. Difficile che io dia le cinque stelle ma è realmente difficile trovare un trattamento col sorriso con competenza e non solo al fine della vendita. Brave continuate cosi'!
 It is the first time that I entered this optical center but I found a truly unique kindness and competence. Ilaria and Amina have been very professional patients and have satisfied all the needs and my inexperience in the sector. They really want to thank them and I highly recommend visiting this shop if you need any type of eyewear. Difficult to give five stars but it is really difficult to find a smile treatment with competence and not only for the purpose of selling. Brave keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo davvero tutte le 5 stelle, personale gentile, un po’ troppe chicchere, ma a parte questo avrei detto quasi perfetto, se non fosse che mi hanno messo una lente ( premessa, che, io avevo detto più volte alla signorina che le lenti a contatto le ho già portate e mi trovo male per tanti motivi) alla fine insistendo mi aveva convinta a metterle (io molto in dubbio), la faccio breve e dico solo che sono dovuta andare al pronto soccorso!! il personale, dopo che il giorno dopo sono andata da loro disperata, non sono riuscite ad aiutarmi, zero! Nemmeno far finta di provarci almeno!
A parte questo, sono contenta degli occhiali e prezzi, però personale qualificato mi sembra ci sia meno di zero in questi casi! Non potete far mettere una lente senza pensare al dopo!!! Sono dovuta stare più di 24 ore con la lente, quindi ho riportato delle lesioni all’occhio! Non si scherzano con queste cose!
I would have really put all the 5 stars, nice staff, a little too many chicchi, but apart from that I would have said almost perfect, if it were not that they put me a lens (premise, that, I had said several times to the young lady that the lenses in contact I have already brought them and I feel bad for many reasons) at the end by insisting he convinced me to put them (I very much doubt), I do it short and I just say that I had to go to the emergency room !! the staff, after I went to them in despair the next day, they couldn't help me, zero! Don't even pretend to at least try!
Apart from that, I'm happy with the glasses and prices, but qualified personnel seem to me to be less than zero in these cases! You can't have a lens put on without thinking about the later !!! I had to spend more than 24 hours with the lens, so I injured my eye! Don't mess with these things!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che in questo punto vendita ho trovato una gran varietà di occhiali, è quando ho trovato quello giusto per me, l ho acquistato. In questo negozio ho trovato un buon Team dove il cliente è al centro dell'attenzione, le commesse sono competenti e danno consigli, attenzionionano il cliente dall' inizio alla fine di un acquisto, sono esaustive e brave nel loro lavoro. Sorridenti e sopratutto Professionali.... ho comprato gli occhiali proprio per la capacità di vendita, che ritengo sia fondamentale,e non aggressiva come utilizzano altri negozi dove poi non compri.
