Firme di accettazione su supporto digitale dove tu non vedi cosa firmi e cosa implicitamente accetti se non quando leggi la loro mail con il contratto definitivo ! Fate molta attenzione !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza .Ne il titolare ne i commessi si sono dimostrati efficenti bensi menefreghisti e in alcuni casi ineducati nonostante la causa dei miei problemi era dovuta alla loro disorganizzazione.
Porto il telefono Vodafone acquistato presso loro in assistenza nel loro negozio; ricevo il link di Vodafone per seguire le varie fasi della lavorazione e nonostante il telefono in data 23 gennaio rientra in negozio ritirato dal titolare come evidenziato dalla ricevuta del corriere sono riuscito a rientrare in possesso del mio telefono solo il 3 febbraio perchè loro sostenevano che non era ancora rientrato dalla riparazione. Evidenzio il fatto che per rientrare in possesso del mio telefono ho dovuto fare tre viaggi a vuoto dicendo ogni volta che a me risultava che il telefono fosse rientrato in sede e una miriade di telefonate nelle quali venivo messo in attesa per consentire loro di cercarlo e ogni volta mi ripetevano che il telefono loro non lo avevano .Riesco finalmente a parlare con il titolare dicendogli che il telefono secondo Vodafone è rientrato presso il centro a cui avevo chiesto assistenza e lui si permette di dirmi che non ho capito niente perchè loro sono un negozio e non un centro assistenza praticamente mi ha dato dell'imbecille e ignorante nonostante gli ho ribadito che il telefono l'aveva ritirato lui il 23 gannaio alle 13.57( per essere sicuro che lui abbia finalmente capito ho dovuto dirgli il nome e cognome ) NON HO PAROLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate in questo negozio perché per passare in Vodafone vi chiedono un balzello di 20€ assolutamente non necessario. Ho chiamato la Vodafone e mi hanno confermato di cambiare negozio perché mi stanno chiedendo dei soldi non previsti e non dovuti. L’offerta che mi viene proposta prevede 7€ di costo di passaggio, ma gratis in promozione, più 7€ di ricarica per il primo mese. Loro me ne chiedono 20€. Mi dispiace ma siete dei disonesti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sono passata a vodafone perché l’offerta era più conveniente rispetto al mio vecchio gestore, il ragazzo mi ha dato un cellulare dicendomi fosse in omaggio e mi sono ritrovata con 30 rate mensili da pagare, non mi hanno mai fatto avere il contratto e ho firmato. Mentre io servizio assistenza online sono molto più disponibili. Non rivolgetevi in questo negozio se volete passare a Vodafone!

Ma allora che senso ha il negozio? Tanto vale chiamare "Tobi" che, essendo virtuale, è sempre gentile e cerca di risolvere il problema.
