Vado per farmi fare un occhiale da sole graduato e insieme a quello decido di comprare anche lo spruzzino pulisci occhiali per il nuovo paio e il mio occhiale da vista regolare. Assieme allo spruzzino mi danno un panno normalissimo di quelli che si danno quando prendi un paio nuovo. Provo quindi a pulire i miei occhiali da vista e da un momento all'altro l'antiriflesso si crepa mostrandomi tutti i riflessi delle luci e rendendo le lenti opache. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi spiegano che probabilmente il panno che mi hanno dato aveva del pulviscolo che è andato a rigarmi gli occhiali che, ahimè, avendoli da un anno e passa non sono coperti da garanzia anche se perfettamente funzionanti ancora. Mi hanno addirittura detto che il panno andava lavato, cosa che mai mi è stata detta da quando compro occhiali li o altrove. Unica cosa da fare: spendere altri soldi per un nuovo paio, visto che la loro minuziosa ha permesso che i miei diventassero inutilizzabili. Terrible experience. Together with the sprayer they give me a normal cloth of those that are given when you take a new pair. I then try to clean my eyeglasses and at any moment the anti-glare will crack showing all the reflections of the lights and making the lenses opaque. At my request for explanations, they explain to me that probably the cloth they gave me had some dust that streaked my glasses, which, alas, having been there for a year or more, are not covered by warranty even if they are still fully functional. They even told me that the cloth had to be washed, something I've never been told since I bought glasses there or elsewhere. Only thing to do: spend more money for a new pair, as their detailed allowed mine to become unusable.

E' inverosimile, mentono sapendo di mentire....... THEY DESERVE LESS THAN A STAR ... I got progressive glasses and the lenses become opaque to look dirty, I'm always cleaning them. R	Raffaele Lagreca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chi va a fare gli occhiali chiedete quando ci vuole per la consegna e fatevi scrivere la data di prenotazione, altrimenti vi promettono una settimana e poi dopo 10 giorni vai a chiedere e ti dicono i corrieri non consegnano di domenica e lunedì. Brutta esperienza visto che ci sono altri che ti fanno la consegna in tre tre giorni. To those who go to make glasses, ask when it takes for delivery and ask for the booking date, otherwise they promise you a week and then after 10 days you go to ask and they tell you the couriers do not deliver on Sunday and Monday. Bad experience since there are others who make the delivery to you in three three days.

I occhiali sono arrivati in anticipo senza alcun problema. Consigliatissima...prezzi umani. Excellent service, the optician who guided us both in the vision check and in the choice of frames and lenses, was very kind, patient, courteous, and above all professional.
