Mentre un altro ottico di Cesenatico (con negozio vuoto) mi ha liquidato con uno svogliato "deve tornare da chi glieli ha fatti", la signora dell'ottica Fantini (con negozio pieno) mi ha verificato la gradazione con la prescrizione che avevo dell'oculista, la centratura delle lenti e la mia distanza interpupillare. Addirittura mi ha invitato a tornare con i miei vecchi occhiali per fare un confronto. Questa è professionalità. E senza chiedermi nulla. Grazie ancora!
I had changed my glasses for a couple of weeks but I was still having trouble getting used to it and I was at sea.
While another optician from Cesenatico (with an empty shop) liquidated me with a lazy person "must go back to who made them", the lady of optics Fantini (with full shop) verified the gradation with the prescription I had of ophthalmologist, lens centering and my interpupillary distance. He even invited me to come back with my old glasses to make a comparison. This is professionalism. And without asking me anything. Thanks again!
