Molto cordiali, mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero cercato i pezzi. A questo primo incontro sono seguiti vari miei messaggi lasciati sistematicamente senza risposta e numerose telefonate, con improbabili, imbarazzanti scuse e grandi promesse di essere richiamata al più presto. Sei mesi dopo rimangono solo parole al vento e una fastidiosa sensazione di essere stati presi in giro. Un vero peccato, perchè dalla cucina che ho sotto mano mi sembra che, quando hanno voglia di lavorare, possano lavorare bene. Ma non si fa così.
I bought a property with a very nice kitchen of their installation. I wanted to make some changes so I went to the office to ask them if it was possible. Very friendly, they assured me that they would look for the pieces. This first meeting was followed by several messages of mine systematically left unanswered and numerous phone calls, with unlikely, embarrassing apologies and great promises to be called back as soon as possible. Six months later there are only words in the wind and an annoying feeling of having been made fun of. A real shame, because from the kitchen that I have at hand it seems to me that, when they want to work, they can work well. But that's not how it is done.
