★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0 stelle. Personale non qualificato! Vado per comprare a 240€ un volante della logitech, che hanno in esposizione a 280€. Allora dico che lo prenoto da sito con ritiro al negozio, ma loro mi rispondono che ci vuole una settimana. (Già dentro di me penso di andare su Amazon, 24h consegna a casa a 220€ il costo totale, risparmio tempo e denaro).
Ma vado a punta di Ferro, dove sono un ottimo cliente da anni, faccio la prenotazione tramite loro, e quando chiamano al punto vendita in questione, gli rispondono che tutti i volanti erano stati venduti. (Faccio notare che tutto questo accade in 20/30 minuti)
Vado dunque al punto vendita, e noto che invece i volanti erano ancora tutti in esposizione. Una vergogna il servizio che offre il punta vendita di corso della Repubblica di Forli! 0 per il personale, 0 per il servizio e 0 voti per il direttore che era li e non ha fatto niente .

 If I could I would put 0 stars. Unqualified personnel! I'm going to buy a logitech steering wheel for € 240, which they have on display for € 280. So I say that I book it from the site with collection at the store, but they tell me that it takes a week. (Already inside of me I think I'm going to Amazon, 24h home delivery at 220 € the total cost, saving time and money).
But I go to Punta di Ferro, where I have been an excellent customer for years, I book through them, and when they call the point of sale in question, they reply that all the steering wheels had been sold. (I point out that all this happens in 20/30 minutes)
So I go to the store, and I notice that the steering wheels were all still on display. A shame the service offered by the flagship of Corso della Repubblica di Forli! 0 for the staff, 0 for the service and 0 votes for the manager who was there and did nothing.
I will never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most tablets don't work, are completely discharged or trigger an alarm when you pick them up. Laptops have their screens locked with a password, so don't expect to try them out. Photo accessories are 3x the price of a Chinese online store while coming from the same manufacturer in China.
