Il giorno dopo riporto la macchina a riparare e mi viene detto che necessita di motore nuovo ulteriori 100 euro... acconsento e per un mese intero non si anno notizie ....dopo una mia telefonata la lavatrice mi viene riconsegnata (anzi portata entrambe le volte da me) , ma al primo lavaggio tale e quale al primo passo....richiamo il" centro assistenzia" che con una serie di scuse e scarica barile mi dice di attaccarmi al tram. O riportarla nuovamente perché loro non hanno nessuna intenzione di venire a prenderla.... 140 euro rubati a mio parere ...SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA ATTIVITÀ Brought to repair a washing machine, it is returned to me with the exact same problem as when it entered the workshop and with 30 euros plus 10 euros required even before a repair estimate. Volevano farci sapere di più sul costo è i tempi tra una settimana. Dopo un mese senza notizie abbiamo chiamato noi: l'ordine dei pezzi era stato fatto solo il giorno prima! Dopo altre due settimane mi sono presentato di persona: i pezzi non erano ancora arrivati, ovviamente colpa del distributore! Mi sono stufato e ho chiesti i pezzi indietro. La signora non era in grado di trovarli e mi ha fatto tornare il giorno dopo. Dopo un'esperienza così capisco perché i piccoli posti spariscono. Nel tempo del internet un servizio così non si possono più permettere. Mi vedranno mai più, questo è sicuro. Poor service, indifferent staff I left parts of my Pavoni coffee machine for repair. Poi la seconda volta dopo un paio di settimane sono tornati per riparare il piano cottura e controllando il forno che non funzionava mi è stato detto che bisognava cambiare le resistenze... Morale della favola dopo 4 mesi non sono ancora arrivati i ricambi e quando sono andato a sentire in negozio mi è stato detto che è normale aspettare 4 mesi...
