La signora/ina che mi ha risposto è stata gentilissima e mi ha suggerito un rimedio per provare se andava dicendomi in ogni caso di contattarli se avessi avuto problemi invece il consiglio è stato competente e prezioso e non ho più avuto problemi. Speriamo che continui così con gli anni che ha bisogna che cominci a risparmiare nel caso desse il collo improvvisamente!!? Actually I only did a phone consultation for my 21 year old washing machine. The lady / ina who replied was very kind and suggested a remedy to try if she was going to tell me in any case to contact them if I had problems instead the advice was competent and valuable and I no longer had problems. We hope that it continues with the years it has, it must start saving if it suddenly breaks its neck !! ?

Chiamati una prima volta per la lavastoviglie non funzionante, il problema si ripresenta il giorno dopo allo stesso modo, dopo aver pagato profumatamente l'inutile intervento (diritti di chiamata). Alle mie rimostranze mi dicono che la lavastoviglie necessita di un intervento in laboratorio e che, essendo prossimi alle ferie, verranno a ritirarla immediatamente alla riapertura. Attendo fiducioso ma, dopo la riapertura, i giorni trascorrono silenziosi. Passano due settimane e decido di sollecitare (l'ho fatto gratis, non mi sono fatto pagare i diritti di chiamata...) ma trascorrono altri giorni silenziosi fino a quando decido di rivolgermi ad un altro servizio di assistenza che mi risolve il problema. Poca attenzione al cliente, molto dispersivo il tutto. Definitely bad experience. Called a first time for the dishwasher not working, the problem recurs the next day in the same way, after paying handsomely for the unnecessary intervention (call rights). To my complaints they tell me that the dishwasher needs an intervention in the laboratory and that, being close to the holidays, they will come to collect it immediately upon reopening. I look forward to it but, after the reopening, the days pass silently. Two weeks pass and I decide to solicit (I did it for free, I did not pay the call fees ...) but other silent days pass until I decide to contact another assistance service that solves the problem. Little attention to the customer, very dispersed everything.
