Alla fine, grazie al contatto telefonico con il tecnico che mi ha aiutato passo passo, sono riuscito a risolvere in autonomia il problema, più in fretta del previsto e risparmiando il costo della chiamata, visto che il problema non era legato all'asciugatrice. Ditta professionale, personale gentile, preparato e disponibile: consigliata!

Ora abbiamo anche acquistato presso di loro la nuova lavastoviglie da incasso ed a fronte di un prezzo non tra i più bassi reperibili on line ma allineato a quelli delle grandi catene, hanno fornito un eccellente servizio di installazione.

I tempi tecnici dell'Hotpoint Ariston per fornire il pezzo di ricambio (un problema alla centralina) sono stati semi-biblici e una volta arrivato non ne voleva sapere di ripartire. Pronta per darle l'ultimo saluto, il tecnico di questa ditta ha deciso di "ricoverarla" presso la sede per tentare coraggiosamente( e con lungimiranza) di capire in maniera più approfondita quale fosse la natura del problema. Il finale? È tornata a destinazione più veloce e funzionale di prima. Grazie di cuore ,siete stati bravissimi!!!
