★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati stamane per chiedere intervento alla lavatrice che si bloccava in fase di lavaggio, sul display compariva il messaggio "pompa ostruita". L'operatore mi ha consigliato, oltre a svitare l'apposita vite di ispezione della pompa in cerca di residui, anche di provare a staccare il tubo di scarico che va nel muro per verificare che non fosse intasato: infatti era pieno di sporcizia.
Ringrazio pubblicamente Atea per l'onestà e competenza dimostratami, facendomi risparmiare tempo e danaro!
Called this morning to request intervention from the washing machine which stopped during the washing phase, the message "pump blocked" appeared on the display. The operator advised me, in addition to unscrewing the special inspection screw of the pump in search of residues, also to try to detach the drain pipe that goes into the wall to check that it was not clogged: in fact it was full of dirt.
I publicly thank Atea for the honesty and competence shown to me, saving me time and money!

Very kind, helpful and honest, I asked for help for dishwashers which I solved thanks to the advice on how to proceed before asking for an intervention, he could take advantage of the situation but he did not.
