È stata più tempo rotta che in funzione è adesso per ripararla dovrei spendete almeno 35 euro. Gentili a vendere sicuramente ma poi menefreghismo! !! Meglio perderli!!! C	Claudio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cari, lenti e inefficienti. Gentili fino a quando gli fa comodo poi il cliente diventa una pezza da piede al minimo problema. Prima dicono che con 15€ fanno il preventivo e poi uno sarà libero di scegliere se riparare oppure no l'articolo; tutto bello, tutto semplice. NON dicono tuttavia che, per normativa, ti ridaranno l'elettrodomestico a brandelli, obbligandoti di fatto a farlo riparare da loro oppure buttarlo. Nel mio caso un aspirapolvere che era SOLO DA PULIRE alla fine l'ho dovuto BUTTARE considerando il preventivo completamente folle (95€ per filtri+pulizia quando il modello nuovo costa 110€...). Un service serio avrebbe informato PRIMA della normativa e ovviamente non lo avrei MAI fatto smontare; oppure hanno la pretesa che uno conosca a memoria tutte le normative CEI e UNI? Sono giusto qualche migliaio suvvia! Alle mie accese rimostranze sono stato trattato a pesci in faccia e non è passato minimamente per la testa del titolare di dire banalmente: "SCUSI CI SIAMO DIMENTICATI di avvertirla della normativa" e magari cercare un compromesso per risolvere la situazione. La risposta invece è stata categorica: "Lei me lo ha portato montato, funzionante e sporco e io glielo ridò smontato e sporco: se non le va bene se lo fa andare bene". E pensare che avevo valutato persino di comprare un nuovo aspirapolvere da loro. A mai più rivederci anzi...addios! Dear, slow and inefficient. First they say that with 15 € they make an estimate and then one will be free to choose whether or not to repair the item; all beautiful, all simple. However, they DO NOT say that, by law, they will give you the appliance in shreds, forcing you to have it repaired by them or throw it away. In my case a vacuum cleaner that was ONLY TO CLEAN at the end I had to THROW considering the completely crazy estimate (95 € for filters + cleaning when the new model costs 110 € ...). A serious service would have informed BEFORE the legislation and obviously I would NEVER have it disassembled; or do they pretend that one knows by heart all the CEI and UNI regulations? I'm just a few thousand come on! To my heated grievances I was treated like a fish in the face and it didn't go through the head of the owner to say trivially: "SORRY WE FORGOTTEN to warn you about the legislation" and perhaps seek a compromise to resolve the situation. The answer, on the other hand, was categorical: "She brought it to me assembled, working and dirty and I gave it back to her disassembled and dirty: if it doesn't suit her, she does it well". And to think that I had even considered buying a new vacuum cleaner from them. To never see us again indeed ... goodbye!

G	Gianluigi Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una scopa Hoover in garanzia usata pochissimo, mi è stato richiesto il pagamento per il filtro di aspirazione del motore, sostituito dal sig. Brighi perché molto sporco, in realtà ritengo non fosse mio. Tutta la scopa e gli altri filtri non presentavano e non erano particolarmente utilizzati. Ho fatto un esposto scritto a Hoover tramite mail inviando anche la foto a riprova dell'accaduto, a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto risposta. Ritengo che il sistema di operare adottato dalla ditta nella gestione dei prodotti per cui svolgono assistenza in garanzia sia negativa per il consumatore, pertanto consiglio, data la mia esperienza, di evitare questo centro di assistenza elettrodomestici. I brought a very little used Hoover broom under warranty, I was asked to pay for the engine intake filter, replaced by Mr. Brighi because very dirty, in reality I think it was not mine. All the broom and the other filters did not present and were not particularly used. I made a written complaint to Hoover by e-mail, also sending the photo as proof of what happened, to date I have not received a reply. I believe that the operating system adopted by the company in the management of the products for which they carry out assistance under warranty is negative for the consumer, therefore I recommend, given my experience, to avoid this appliance assistance center.
