★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday morning I took my Russian guests to get their car and when we got there we found out no one could speak proper English, therefore they didn't understand the problem and just checked up the car which had already a full check up not long before. My Russian guests had to pay anyway and they had to book another appointment to fix the real problem.
A total disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad comany. Never go there. We were coming from Switzerland ?? and had a breakdown with out AMG G Wagen. All employees in the sales dpt. Without covid masks when I entered the shop. i had everything: covid cert. Green pass, mask certificate and showed it to all. In the workshop at least 4 persons, (especially a woman behind the desk in the middle desk, after the entrance left) shouted loud crying on me: „Get out of here / bastardo / we call the police…“
3 people attacked me physically. Have all on video. No help, just agression. If you ever need help, you wont get it at de stefani, they rather attack you. This has happend at the 18th january 2022 15:00 h. By the way: adress was not correct in our newly updated meecedes Navigation system. It did leed us to a left house, di stefani mercedes left 20 years ago. Pure agressive amateures. They should better be a Lada workshop.
By the way: we have a new mercedes G Wagen (the 3rd… after ML’s for decades) a vintage SL from 1956, a smart and a business vito. Fight us we are worth it!!!????
