Nel primo caso mi sono ritrovata direttamente col conto già fatto, senza avermi preventivato la spesa che, non essendo irrisoria, andava per correttezza comunicata a priori e mi hanno fatto pagare anche € 1.97 senza arrotondamento (va beh...lasciamo stare la "carineria"). Nel secondo caso ho chiesto in anticipo il prezzo, memore di quanto accaduto la settimana prima, e con la motivazione del liquido del radiatore aggiunto, me ne hanno chiesti altri 20€. Se mi fai un preventivo per la valvola termostatica, devi mettermi in conto cosa altro ci devi mettere. Ero stata chiara in partenza, quando mi era stato prospettato il solo prezzo del pezzo IVA esclusa (non sono titolare di partita IVA, quindi il prezzo magari me lo dai per intero visto che l'Iva la pago io come utente finale, mica la scarico!)ed insistendo ho chiesto il prezzo finito, ma anche stavolta mi sono ritrovata col prezzo fatto da loro al momento all'atto del pagamento. Mi dispiace, i clienti si perdono così. The work done is done correctly, but I absolutely do not agree with the pricing policy.
