L'officina in questione è stata onesta nel suo lavoro: dopo aver individuato il problema mi ha avvertita dei costi e ha chiesto l'autorizzazione a procedere coi lavori. E' così che ci si acquista fiducia del cliente: onestamente e in trasparenza. Auto riconsegnata funzionante e senza problemi ora. Complimenti, lo consiglierò a chi ne avrà bisogno.
I brought my car for unresolved problems in a well-known Cesena dealership that sold it to me, though still under warranty. The workshop in question was honest in its work: after identifying the problem it warned me of the costs and asked for authorization to proceed with the work. This is how you gain customer confidence: honestly and transparently. Returned car working and without problems now. Congratulations, I will recommend it to those who will need it.
