S	Sorin Crisan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un sportello per il camino, la signora che mi ha chiamato per la conferma molto gentile, il sportello è arrivato prima del previsto, molto facile da installare con istruzioni di montaggio precise. Il problema è arrivato quando ho cominciato a accendere il fuoco, primi giorni un odore indescrivibile si plastica bruciata(vernice non adatta per questo tipo di lavoro) la vernice dopo neanche 2 settimane di utilizzo a cominciato esfoliare, ho contattato loro(di nuovo molto gentili) e mi hanno mandato una bomboletta per fare ritocchi. Ritocco ancora non lo fatto, il problema è che anche oggi(dopo quasi 3 mesi) se il fuoco sta accesso per piu di 2 ore mi riempie la casa di odore di vernice/plastica bruciata. Quando ho chiamato per dire del fatto della vernice la risposta “devi tenere lontano almeno 40 cm la fonte di calore” non mi è sembrata tanto professionale, parliamo di un camino, non di un stanza, quindi io devo avere il camino profondo almeno 80 cm(abbastanza raro un camino del genere) per non avere dei problemi... I ordered a door for the fireplace, the lady who called me for confirmation very kind, the door arrived earlier than expected, very easy to install with precise assembly instructions. The problem came when I started to light the fire, the first few days an indescribable smell of burnt plastic (paint not suitable for this type of work) the paint after less than 2 weeks of use began to exfoliate, I contacted them (again very kind ) and they sent me a spray can to do touch-ups. Retouching still not done, the problem is that even today (after almost 3 months) if the fire is on for more than 2 hours it fills my house with the smell of burnt paint / plastic. When I called to tell about the paint, the answer "you must keep the heat source away at least 40 cm" did not seem so professional, we are talking about a fireplace, not a room, so I must have a fireplace at least 80 cm deep (quite rare such a fireplace) to avoid problems ...
