★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di aver trovato dei professionisti ma al momento del bisogno, una porta da loro acquistata e montata che dopo nemmeno 4 mesi si è deformata, mi additano come causa di tale problema, specificando che dovrò farmi carico di un eventuale riparazione....500€, valore di tale porta.....dopo quasi un anno però Clementina, la receptionist del negozio, mi chiama scusandosi vivamente per l'accaduto e venendo incontro alle mie richieste....insomma, tutto a causa di un loro dipendente, ora non più presente, che evidentemente non aveva più interesse nel curare il buon nome del gruppo....dopo il lockdown speravo si facessero risentire dopo le mie innumerevoli chiamate....ma nulla!!! Promesse vane e poco attendibili!!!!
I thought I had found professionals but at the time of need, a door purchased by them and assembled which after even 4 months has deformed, point me as the cause of this problem, specifying that I will have to take care of any repairs .... 500 €, the value of this door ..... after almost a year, however, Clementina, the receptionist of the shop, calls me apologizing for the incident and meeting my requests .... in short, all because of their employee , now no longer present, who evidently no longer had any interest in taking care of the good name of the group .... after the lockdown I hoped they would be affected after my countless calls .... but nothing !!! Vain and unreliable promises !!!!
