Questa mattina ho chiamato e mi é stato detto di andare in negozio nel pomeriggio (e vengo su da Cesenatico). Una volta arrivato, il sarto non era in negozio, nonostante le luci accese. Ho notato il cartello appeso 'Torno Subito' decidendo di aspettarlo. Tuttavia dopo 1 ora e 30 non era ancora tornato. Così ho perso il pomeriggio ad aspettare che tornasse, non avendo nemmemo il lavoro fatto. Ne sono molto dispiaciuto in quanto le recensioni fossero molto positive. I state that I am sorry to leave this evaluation, as I have not even seen the tailor at work. This morning I called and was told to go to the store in the afternoon (and I come up from Cesenatico). Once he arrived, the tailor was not in the shop, despite the lights on. I noticed the sign hanging 'Torno Subito' deciding to wait for it. However after 1 hour and 30 he had not yet returned. So I lost the afternoon waiting for him to come back, not having done the job. I am very sorry because the reviews were very positive.

La mia esperienza personale, che mi ha portato ad esserne cliente abituale, mi porta a definirlo come 'artigiano in via di estinzione' nel senso che ormai i personaggi con questa competenza nel settore sono diventati rarissimi. Tralasciando le operazioni di 'routine' come ritocchi ad abiti già confezionati (che in ogni caso richiedono una certa competenza), Otello Nasolini si è in più occasioni dimostrato in grado di confezionare interi abiti su misura e su richiesta del cliente. A questo mi preme aggiungere la gentilezza e la cortesia che da sempre dispensa ai clienti applicando, inoltre, prezzi onestissimi. Artigiano veramente consigliato! Ritiro: il cursore dello zainetto ha un colore diverso dall'originale, non è stato agganciato il fermaglio originale, lo devo fare io, la mia borsa è macchiata e le cuciture delle maniglie sono perfino rovinate! L'unica risposta è stata accusare il calzolaio che mi ha aggiunto le borchie per fissare le maniglie! Prima e ultima volta! Assolutamente da evitare se per cose così semplici questo è il risultato!!
