Consigliato??? I don't know how they can say that Mrs. Enrica is rude (reading other reviews) while whenever I happen to turn to them she is very kind not to mention the guys who have always solved the problem for me and the prices are more than reasonable !! ! Recommended???

And therefore it saved me a lot of money! Very professional and cheap

Nonostante il tecnico mi abbia spiegato nei dettagli la procedura non sono riuscito.a questo punto li ho ricontattati per fare svolgere a loro la sostituzione e sono stati molto veloci nel venirlo a montare!tecnico molto in gamba ! I contacted this service center to purchase a spare part for a washing machine that I wanted to replace myself. Although the technician explained the procedure to me in detail, I did not succeed. At this point I contacted them to have them carry out the replacement and they were very quick to come and mount it! Very smart technician!

Non sono d'accordo con i feed sulla signora Enrica, l ho sempre trovata nel negozio pronta ad accogliere ed a fornirmi varie soluzioni, ho portato in assistenza il mio prezioso bimby e l' ho sempre riportato a casa come nuovo. È un negozio come non se ne trovano più, si impegnano con trasparenza nel rispondere alle esigenze dei propri clienti. Il tecnico è oberato, ma con cortesia e tanta competenza trova modo e tempo per venirti incontro, super consiglio! Reliability, competence and clarity are qualities that I appreciate and a must of this activity. I do not agree with the feeds on Mrs. Enrica, I have always found her in the shop ready to welcome and provide me with various solutions, I have brought my precious Thermomix into assistance and I have always brought it back home as new. It is a shop like no more, they are committed with transparency in responding to the needs of their customers. The technician is overwhelmed, but with courtesy and a lot of competence he finds a way and time to meet you, super advice!
