★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi lunghissimi, tecnici scortesi, impossibilità di avere una previsione sulle riparazioni o sulle consegne. Ho atteso più di 1 mese per la sostituzione di una guarnizione di un elettrodomestico e pretendevano che rimanessi a casa tutta la mattina il giorno dell'intervento (in ritardo di 2 settimane) perché non sapevano a che ora sarebbero potuti passare.
 Extremely long lead times, rude technicians, inability to have a forecast on repairs or deliveries. I waited more than 1 month for an appliance gasket to be replaced and they expected me to stay home all morning on the day of the surgery (2 weeks late) because they didn't know what time it would be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza pessima, chiamo per il figorifero che raffredda poco, il 6 luglio viene un tecnico che mi dice che è questione di gas... pago 180 euro e il frigor rimane esattamente come prima. Chiamo altre 3 volte e il 4 agosto (un mese dopo in estate..) ritorna il tecnico dicendo che per il gas non c'è garanzia e che se voglio mi cambia il compressore.... non ci sono parole...
Bad assistance, I call for the refrigerator that cools little, on July 6 a technician comes and tells me it's a question of gas ... I pay 180 euros and the fridge remains exactly as before. I call 3 more times and on August 4 (a month later in the summer ..) the technician returns saying that there is no guarantee for gas and that if I want to change the compressor .... there are no words ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero Complimenti, spesso si scrivono recensioni solamente quando qualcosa non va come doveva... ma nel mio caso tutto e' stato perfetto; Problema alla lavatrice ... il cestello non girava piu' ... ovviamente il manuale ... introvabile... quindi ricerche su google per poter risolvere il problema ( ricerca di Manuali in PDF, Video tutorial su youtube ...) e dopo aver provato a fare qualche "banale" intervento senza alcun esito positivo ... tramite il sito ufficiale del produttore ( bosch ) ho trovato questa azienda.... Chiamato, fissato appuntamento tramite una cortese segretaria, dopo due giorni, intervento puntuale del tecnico (molto professionale e cortese) problema al motore... risolto entro meno di un ora ... il tutto anticipatamente preventivato e dato Ok all'intervento. Tutto Perfetto! PS. ovviamente ... come spesso capita, il pensiero era già nell'acquisto di una nuova lavatrice ... quando con pochi euro e l'intervento di professionisti SERI il tutto si puo' aggiustare !
Really Congratulations, often reviews are only written when something is not going as it should ... but in my case everything was perfect; Problem with the washing machine ... the drum did not turn anymore ... obviously the manual ... cannot be found ... so google searches to solve the problem (search for PDF manuals, video tutorials on youtube ...) and after trying to do some "trivial" intervention without any positive results ... through the official website of the producer (bosch) I found this company .... Called, fixed an appointment through a courteous secretary, after two days, timely intervention of the technician (very professional and courteous) engine problem ... solved within less than an hour ... all planned in advance and given Ok for intervention. All perfect! PS. obviously ... as often happens, the thought was already in the purchase of a new washing machine ... when with a few euros and the intervention of SERIOUS professionals everything can be fixed!
