Ma se vuole lo cambiamo ( quindi altri soldi) in più da acconto e messaggio al telefono 10€ in più. Mi spiace ma una volta eravate più affidabili. Da 4 stelle a 1, perché zero non posso mettere. Consiglio contattate direttamente le assistenze tecniche delle marche specifiche, almeno se loro rompono qualcosa il danno è a carico loro. Solo la ragazza al bancone è stata cordiale. I	Ile Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putroppo ho letto troppo tardi le recenzioni che lo descrivono, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza posso dire che non sono per niente professionali e davvero poco onesti, ho portato il mio bimby per un preventivo lasciandogli un acconto di 10€, mi avevano gia accennato che c'erano da cambiare 2 pezzi. Il giorno dopo mi chiamano dicendomi che i pezzi da cambiare non li hanno originali per il mio modello (la mia richiesta fin da subito era di avere i pezzi originali). Sarebbe stato professionale e onesto dire da subito, non appena visto il prodotto, che non avevano i pezzi di ricambio originali perché a quel punto non avrei perso tempo e buttato soldi. Mi reco in negozio e mi ridanno l'elettrodomestico TUTTO smontato. Hanno l'abitudine di NON riconoscere errori che possono essere fatti esclusivamente da loro con scuse ignobili tali da offendere logica ed intelligenza. Giocando sul fatto di essere esclusivisti in zona nel potere assistere determinati marchi, o si va da loro, altrimenti si butta l'elettrodomestico. NON riconoscono quindi la "garanzia" da loro consegnata a riparazione avvenuta. Per niente "raccomandabili". Very slow. I would also say dishonest. They have a habit of NOT recognizing mistakes that can only be made by them with ignoble excuses that offend logic and intelligence. Playing on the fact that you are the exclusive dealer in the area in being able to assist certain brands, or you go to them, otherwise you throw the appliance away. They therefore DO NOT recognize the "guarantee" delivered by them after repair. Not at all "recommendable".
