★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa maleducata , la restituzione di un'oggetto mal funzionante è stata una brutta esperienza. Il ragazzo invece molto gentile ha capito il problema e lo ha risolto. Una stella solo per la maleducazione di quella signora e per la sua incompetenza.
Rude saleswoman, returning a malfunctioning item was a bad experience. The very kind boy, on the other hand, understood the problem and solved it. A star only for the rudeness of that lady and for her incompetence.

Vado per comprare un monopattino in offerta, il ragazzo mi porta l'articolo, l'imballaggio subito non mi sembra il massimo ma SBAGLIANDO DECIDO DI FIDARMI della serietà.
Arrivato a casa apro il monopattino ed ecco la sorpresa:
nessun imballaggio delle componenti interne e segni di precedente utilizzo del monopattino
(pedana segnata da scarpe, ruote sporche...ecc);
torno in negozio e nonostante le evidenze negano e mi rispondono "ma era li, in magazzino, insieme agli altri"?.
chiedo di veder un altro monopattino ed ecco arrivare un monopattino stavolta imballato esternamente come si deve (chiuso da fasce di plastica) ed internamente niente a che vedere col primo PALESEMENTE USATO!!
Complimenti per la correttezza e serietà di tutto il personale complicemente in silenzio e partecipe a tutta la scena.
MAI PIÙ!!

I go to buy a scooter on offer, the boy brings me the article, the packaging immediately does not seem the best but WRONG I DECIDE TO TRUST seriousness.
When I get home I open the scooter and here's the surprise:
no packaging of the internal components and signs of previous use of the scooter
(platform marked by shoes, dirty wheels ... etc);
I go back to the shop and despite the evidence they deny and answer me "but it was there, in the warehouse, together with the others" ?.
I ask to see another scooter and here comes a scooter this time packed externally as it should (closed by plastic bands) and internally nothing to do with the first obviously USED !!
Congratulations on the correctness and seriousness of all the staff complicitly in silence and participating in the whole scene.
NEVER AGAIN!!

L ho trovato ridotto a livello di metratura .
Ho chiesto 2/3 articoli che purtroppo non ho trovato perché non li tengono più...
Ma il 4 stelle se lo meritano soprattutto per la gentilezza dei commessi.
It had been a long time since I entered the Pv.
I found it reduced in terms of square footage.
I asked for 2/3 articles which unfortunately I have not found because they do not keep them anymore ...
But they deserve the 4 stars above all for the kindness of the shop assistants.
