Preciso che il personale era impegnato con la clientela, ma siamo rimasti svariati minuti nel negozio e, pur vedendoci, nessuno ci ha degnato di una parola, nemmeno del saluto. Se almeno fossimo stati salutati e ci fosse stato detto "per favore attendete" saremmo rimasti (come hanno fatto altrove), ovviamente non volevamo passare davanti a nessuno ma non essere nemmeno salutati è assurdo. Sarà che siamo una coppia giovane e che io non giro con le borse firmate. Dovevamo rifare interamente 2 bagni e rivestire i pavimenti di casa in gres porcellanato, quindi parliamo di almeno 10-15 mila € di lavori, ma vogliamo darli a persone più educate. We went to visit this shop but we were disappointed with the lack of education. I specify that the staff was busy with customers, but we spent several minutes in the shop and, although seeing each other, no one gave us a word, not even the greeting. If at least we had been greeted and told "please wait" we would have stayed (as they have done elsewhere), obviously we didn't want to pass in front of anyone but not even being greeted is absurd. Maybe it's because we're a young couple and I don't go around with designer bags. We had to completely redo 2 bathrooms and cover the floors of the house in porcelain stoneware, so we are talking about at least € 10-15 thousand of work, but we want to give it to more educated people.

Molto scortese la sig.ra Bagnolini che alla richiesta di informazioni da parte nostra, molto scocciata perché indaffarata e noi non avevamo appuntamento,ha preso svogliatamente appunti per inviarci mail entro una settimana cosa che, come avevamo capito subito,poi non ha mai fatto. Peccato !!!! ma non ci torneremo mai più. Very nice products. Very rude Ms. Bagnolini who at the request for information from us, very annoyed because we were busy and we had no appointment, listlessly took notes to send us emails within a week which, as we understood immediately, then never did. Sin !!!! but we will never go back.
