★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un Hawuei p40 Lite, chiedendo esplicitamente nel caso non fosse idoneo ai nostri requisiti di restituirlo. (Diritto di recesso entro 7gg o 14)
Il dipendente con cui abbiamo concluso L acquisto ci ha assicurato la restituzione senza specificarci cosa intendesse dato che senza alcun problema ci ha assicurato il rimborso, quindi fiduciosi della parola del commesso siamo tornati 5 giorni dopo per effettuare il reso (senza aver usato il telefono è tenuto nella sua scatola) e quindi chiedere il rimborso per il cellulare, la signora che ci ha seguito oltre che essere estremamente scortese nei nostri confronti, ha voluto metterci in difficoltà, chiedendomi che lavoro facessi insistentemente (poco carino), che eravamo venuti per fare “giochetti” e altre “frecciatine” come se volesse innalzare un dibattito. Il punto è che noi siamo tornati sulla parola del commesso, che è rimasto dietro le quinte senza parlare. insomma dal inizio della conversazione tutta una presa in giro. La Signora in questione ha anche chiamato il commercialista, titubante nel fatto che a quel punto almeno ci doveva fare il Buono!!!!
Sicuramente è stato tutto un malinteso tra noi è il commesso, ma questo non significa che a rimetterci dobbiamo essere noi.
Un posto e personale (solo quelli con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare) poco limpido e riguardante nei confronti dei clienti. Se vi dovesse capitare di acquistare qui, fate attenzione alle parole!! A quanto pare non valgono nulla.

The employee with whom we concluded the purchase assured us the return without specifying what he meant since without any problem he assured us the refund, so trusting the word of the salesman we returned 5 days later to make the return (without having used the phone is kept in its box) and then ask for a refund for the cell phone, the lady who followed us as well as being extremely rude to us, wanted to get us in trouble, asking me what work I did insistently (not very nice), which we had come to do "Games" and other "digs" as if he wanted to raise a debate. Surely it was all a misunderstanding between us and the clerk, but that doesn't mean that we have to lose.
A place and staff (only those we have dealt with) not very clear and concerning towards customers. If you happen to buy here, pay attention to the words !! Apparently they are worth nothing.
