★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iPhone 7 of my girlfriend stopped working during our holiday in Italy. It was a Christmas present to her and from the first day she fall in love with it. Of course she like to make photos, internet and talk with her friends during our holiday! So we immediatly made an appointment in this Apple store and they inspected the iPhone. The Apple technican said us that the iPhone died because of water damage. However that I always swim and take a bath with my iPhone 7 (I know I better don't do ;-) ), she never trust in the water resistance of this iPhone and thus never did this. Unfortunately the iPhone was for this damage out of warranty! The repair was arround 350 euros! After a talk of half an hour with Sebastian and his manager, they make an exception and give us a replacement iphone for free because of the bad situation during our holiday. They didnt want us to stress about it now! A holiday is to relax they said! I MIEI COMPLIMENTI PER IL BUON SERVIZIO!
