★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa di più di un'ora per parlare con un venditore (forse perché era domenica, ma sarebbe da prevederlo e aumentare il personale forse?)
Dopo non aver ricevuto chiamata per l'arrivo dell'asciugatrice, ho provato per 2 settimane a chiamare ma nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono.
Alla fine mi sono presentata in negozio scoprendo che era già lì da tempo...
Personale gentile ma probabilmente tutti questi problemi sono dovuti ad un sottodimensionamento, peccato!
Waiting times of more than an hour to talk to a salesman (maybe because it was Sunday, but should this be foreseen and increase the staff perhaps?)
After not receiving a call for the dryer to arrive, I tried for 2 weeks to call but no one ever answered the phone.
Eventually I showed up in the shop and found that it had already been there for some time ...
Friendly staff but probably all these problems are due to under-sizing, too bad!

Montatori arrivati con un ora di ritardo e per di più senza uno dei due elettrodomestici ordinati.
Riprogrammata la consegna di quest'ultimo per venerdì 4 marzo dalle ore 09:00 alle 11:00.
In questo momento sono le ore 12:00 e non ho ricevuto nessu avvisto di un eventuale ritardo, rimanendo in vana attesa , tenendo presente che ho dovuto richiedere il giorno di riposo dal il lavoro inutilmente... SCANDALOSI.

Purchased two household appliances with paid delivery scheduled for Wednesday 2 March.
The fitters arrived an hour late and moreover without one of the two appliances ordered.
The delivery of the latter has been rescheduled for Friday 4 March from 09:00 to 11:00.
At this moment it is 12:00 and I have not received any notice of a possible delay, remaining in vain waiting, bearing in mind that I had to request the day off from work unnecessarily ... SCANDALOSIS.

A differenza di altre catene concorrenti ( quelli con la M rossa soprattutto) qui sanno veramente come trattare i clienti.
Gentili, simpatici, e con tantissima voglia di fare.
Di questi tempi sorprende non poco e quindi vanno riconosciuti i meriti e bisogna complimentarsi con ragazzi così professionali!
Sicuramente se i negozi fossero tutti cosi' Amazon fatturerebbe molto meno.
