Precedentemente ero andato in altri 2 posti in cui riparano cellulari (50,00 e 99,00 € i prezzi delle riparazioni proposte), ma per fortuna non avevo tempo e non ho accettato.
Siccome la proposta di 50,00 che volevo accettare era in un'altra città lontano da Rimini, ho cercato un altro e sono arrivato da ENEA MAZZARINO che vedendo il telefono, ha capito subito che non c’era nessun problema e sconvolgendomi, in 40 secondi con uno spillino ha pulito la parte interna del connettore cellulare dalla tanta polvere presente e mi ha detto: tutto ok al 100%.
E così è stato, funziona perfettamente, GRATIS.

Mi sono anche accordato con lui per la prossima settimana per la sostituzione della batteria perché ovviamente da preventivo ricevuto, non ha concorrenti.
Non capisco perché così poche recensioni per una persona così onesta…

Un anno fa avuto una brutta esperienza ad altri centri di assistenza, peró qui davvero possono aiutare. Evidenzierò in particolare i seguenti aspetti: attenzione al cliente, onestà e professionalità.
I had broken a laptop and a Samsung A72 smartfone. Everything was fixed in a short time and at lower prices than other places. A year ago I had a bad experience at other service centers, but here they really can help. I will highlight in particular the following aspects: customer focus, honesty and professionalism.
