I turned to this store to retrieve photos, xls / word files after the hard disk was broken; in 3 days they recovered my data, installed a new HDD. Thanks to Lorenzo who came to take the pc at home and brought it back to me.

Oggi ho veramente fatto della beneficenza.

Massimo da me contattato telefonicamente ha mandato presso la sede della mia attività uno dei suoi tecnici per sistemare un pc che aveva dei problemi e che io a causa di un lavoro urgente da svolgere non ho potuto portare presso la sua sede. Avevo letto che facevano riparazioni a domicilio ma a dire la verità non pensavo in modo così tempestivo e professionale. Ancora grazie!
A big thank you to the Pro.soft company and its owner. Mr. Massimo contacted me by telephone sent one of his technicians to the headquarters of my business to fix a PC that had problems and that due to urgent work I could not take to his office. I had read that they did home repairs but to tell the truth I didn't think so promptly and professionally. Thank you again!

Alla fine ho scoperto che non c'era nessun danno, solo cambiando negozio, ma ho comunque buttato 150€ per una prima riparazione alla scheda madre anche questa intatta. Pessimi. Metto una stella perché meno non ne posso mettere. Ladri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gia' tre volte che mi rivolgo a questo negozio per risolvere alcuni problemi , una volta per un laptop, un altra volta per un disco rotto di un computer, ed infine ora per una stampante ( non comprata da loro ). Hanno risolto tutte le volte con rapidita', gentilezza e professionalita' i miei problemi. Consiglio questi ragazzi . Ci rivedremo sicuramente. Buon lavoro.
Already three times that I go to this shop to solve some problems, once for a laptop, another time for a broken computer disk, and finally now for a printer (not bought by them). They solved my problems every time with speed, kindness and professionalism. I recommend these guys. We will definitely meet again. Good job.
