Dei pazzi psicopatici! Stamattina è passata un'operatrice porta a porta, era una ragazza, da ciò che ho capito gli operatori vengono assunti tramite E.C. Group un gruppo che ha sede nel palazzo di "vetro" a fianco al tribunale di Rimini! Questa ragazza suona al mio campanello, esco e mi ritrovo sta tipa vestita di nero tipo matrix con tanto di cartellino sventolante che fregandosene di ogni regola del galateo, si autoinvita in casa mia..."Scusi posso entrare un attimo?" io le chiedo "Come scusa?" e le faccio notare che nemmeno le amiche mi chiedono di entrare ma aspettano che io le inviti con un "prego". Lei crede che io seriamente non abbia capita la domanda e la ripete -.-' io le rispondo di no e che è molto maleducato cercare di intrufolarsi in casa di una persona che nemmeno si conosce a meno che non sia una emergenza, lei allora decide di rispondermi con la perla della mattinata "allora ti brucio la casa!". Io con molta calma le dico di andarsene o che se no le avrei fatto sborsare talmente tanti soldi che mi ci sarei ricostruita 40 case! In ogni caso...almeno l'educazione, mi pare il minimo, anche perché prima che parlasse non l'ho infamata o altro le ho fatto notare il mio disappunto sui suoi metodi maleducati! Ho avuto problemi con alcuni contratti luce e gas per La mia piccola attività commerciale e mi sono rivolto alla sede Enel di Rimini in via rosaspina . La responsabile ha subito dimostrato tanta gentilezza , disponibilità e competenza trasmettendomi una immagine di Enel molto positiva e infine risolvendomi il problema che durava da tempo . A causa di un blocco della fatturazione (che non è nemmeno stata una colpa mia) da novembre non ricevo alcuna bolletta... Dopo numerosissime chiamate agli operatori telefonici (assolutamente incapaci e inutili) ho ricevuto ogni volta null'altro che delle, sinceramente, menzogne e promesse di gestire tutto entro poco tempo. Siamo andati avanti così per mesi. Infine mi sono recato nel punto enel fisico. Ancora peggio! L'ufficio in questione ha il personale che si spaccia per degli esperti ma apparentemente non possono fare niente, fissano lo schermo per 5 minuti e ti leggono quello che c'è scritto... Inutili! E soprattutto, mentono. Mi sono state dette cause del blocco della fatturazione (e i tempi per la sua gestione) COMPLETAMENTE DIVERSI tutte le volte che ci sono venuto. A me non me ne frega dei problemi dovuti a ENEL, non per colpa MIA, vorrei solo pagare le mie bollette ma a quanto pare non lo posso fare. Roba da matti!!! Scam, avoid Enel as a manager. Come immaginavo tale disponibilità non c' è stata assolutamente; a semplici richieste di chiarimenti su voci in bolletta, silenzio assoluto.. Fortunatamente non erano informazioni urgenti.
