★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una decina di giorni fa mi sono recato nell'ufficio SGR in via Chiabrera per cambiare il conto corrente dove domicilio la mia bolletta.
Dopo tutto questo tempo ancora non sono riusciti ad attivare la domiciliazione,strano,perche' nello stesso giorno mi sono recato negli uffici Hera,che sono nello stesso stabile di SGR,per fare la stessa operazione e in due giorni avevo tutto attivo,stessa tempistica anche con Sky ed Enel.
In questa azienda ho sempre notato poca attenzione al cliente,oltre ad avere prezzi molto cari,credo che a breve migrero' il mio contratto altrove.

In this company I have always noticed little attention to the customer, in addition to having very expensive prices, I believe that soon I will migrate my contract elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sará che sono abituata ad operatori su Milano che prima di risponderti devi fare un argoritmo sul telefono, ma con SGR é tutto estremamente semplice, le operatrici rispondono subito e ti aiutano con gentilezza e cortesia.
Ho cambiato tutte le utenze della casa al mare con loro e sono contentissima.
Maybe I'm used to operators in Milan that before answering you have to make a joke on the phone, but with SGR it's all extremely simple, the operators answer immediately and help you with kindness and courtesy.
I changed all the utilities of the beach house with them and I am very happy.

Richiedo la voltura di 2 utenze da mio padre a me avendo conferma da parte dell'operatore che avrei avuto stesso contratto e costi.
Tariffe LUCE raddoppiate.
A Gennaio 2022 cambierò operatore.
Not a serious company. False and not very clear operators.
I request the transfer of 2 utilities from my father to me having confirmation from the operator that I would have had the same contract and costs.
LIGHT rates doubled.
In January 2022 I will change operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vero che il gas è aumentato ma le persone con altri fornitori hanno avuto sì rincari ma non cifre assurde come quelle che mandate voi. Termostato a 17,5 gradi in casa,quindi quasi freddo, bolletta di Dicembre 547 euro, Gennaio 680 euro.
It is true that gas has increased but the people with other suppliers have had increases but not absurd figures like the ones you send. Thermostat at 17.5 degrees in the house, therefore almost cold, December bill 547 euros, January 680 euros.

Io la indosso ma lui nn fa una piega e probabilmente non ce l aveva neanche dietro. Visto la sua sufficienza non ho ascoltato neanche quello che mi ha offetto

Avevo S.G.R a Santarcangelo di Romagna da tanti Anni, con un contratto Buono di gas a 34 cent. poi in pochi mesi è Cresciuto fino a 1 € e sarebbe andato fino a 1.20, a quel punto sono andato in ufficio e il signore che lavora li cercava di dirmi che era tutto a posto tutto normale continuava a negare che mi era triplicato il gas, bollette alla mano gli ho detto che sarei andato via subito con luce e gas da SGR perché non sarei riuscito a Pagare bollette così Alte e lui mi disse che era dappertutto così che non erano loro..... Per Fortuna sono andato da un altro marchio molto conosciuto e mi ha dimezzato il prezzo che mi facevano loro, e sulla scrivania aveva una montagna di Nuovi contratti che erano andati via da SGR, Scappate subito.....
INCREDIBLE. I had S.G.R in Santarcangelo di Romagna for many years, with a 34 cent gas coupon contract. then in a few months it grew up to 1 € and would have gone up to 1.20, at which point I went to the office and the gentleman who works there was trying to tell me that everything was all right everything normal kept denying that my gas had tripled, bills in hand I told him that I would leave immediately with electricity and gas from SGR because I would not be able to pay such high bills and he told me that it was everywhere so that it was not them ..... Fortunately I went to another well known brand and halved the price they made me, and on the desk he had a mountain of New contracts that had gone away from SGR, Escape immediately .....
