Mi dispiace per l'azienda ma con i clienti va tenuto un certo comportamento.
Sono cliente da tempo ma penso di cambiare fornitore.

La signora che mi ha chiamato per accordi sulla pulizia della caldaia, praticamente non mi ha creduto quando ho detto che era già stata fatta da un altro gestore. Sono un po’ anziana, forse non mi sono spiegata bene.... ma sarà il modo di fare correttto?????????
Bad experience, contacts and web page never updated, apparently very simple contact immediately becomes a complication. The lady who called me for arrangements on cleaning the boiler practically didn't believe me when I said it had already been done by another manager. I'm a bit old, maybe I haven't explained myself well .... but will it be the correct way to do it ?????????
