Mi dicono di pagare 50 euro di acqua di un mese che non ho consumato. Intanto devo pagare e poi si vedrà. nel frattempo vengo a sapere che dovevo avere indietro importi per gli anni scorsi di cui non mi è mai arrivato nulla, loro mi dicono che non ho incassato gli assegni per 44 euro. Chiedo di mandarmi in compensazione per le bollette a venire. Mi dicono che devo pagare nel frattempo quei 50 euro, ma non lo farò perché devo averli indietro io avendo consumato in un mese per lo scarico dell'acqua del cesso al massimo 1 metro cubo. Vergognosi. Porto documentaz e spiego che l' appartamento da me acquistato deve essere ristrutturato totalmente per qualche mese. Vergognoso e a dir poco legale. Se non si è in grado di offrire un servizio come inviare bollette a casa, non fatelo, non che fate le cose per prendere in giro le persone. Il numero verde oltre a rispondere dopo innumerevoli tentativi e dopo avermi fatto attendere per oltre mezz'ora non è stato in grado di confermarmi l'accoglienza della richiesta. Ho mandato un email all'Hera Rimini in data 18/3 e a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ovviamente il nr verde non risponde. Se questo è il servizio che siete in grado di dare.....
