I just brought home a Mazda cx30 awd and after 3 weeks spent around dealerships I can say that only at Ricci they were very kind, patient and very helpful, they met all my needs even when for some small doubts I went to the dealership for some clarifications. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to get in touch with these people a quite a few times, by calling the phone number, i wrote 2 emails, i sent them messages through Facebook and nothing. To me, this behaviour is unacceptable for a car dealer, especially for an official Honda dealer. From a potential buyer, I've became a frustrated non-buyer.
